Initial assessmentAnyone starting a rehabilitation program is subjected to a careful initial musculoskeletal and proprioceptive evaluation. Thanks to this global analysis it is possible to study and scientifically objectify the general state of the person, a necessary condition to be able to set up the best rehabilitation program and recover the physical condition in the most effective and fastest way.02
PreventionIt allows both to prevent injuries (e.g. sports and work) and that a chronic pathology gets worse (e.g. low back pain, neck pain and hip and knee pain). Prevention takes place in a scientific and personalized way according to the activities and needs of each person. The goal of prevention is to optimize general health and well-being.03
Manual TherapyTreats common ailments such as low back pain, neck pain and musculoskeletal dysfunctions (e.g. herniated disc protrusions, joint limitations, spasms and muscle contractures, tendinitis and muscle, tendon and ligament inflammation), but it is also possible to re-harmonize and balance the body and muscle forces thus preventing secondary damage caused by incorrect attitudes.04
Orthopedic rehabilitationTreatment of pathologies of the neuro-musculoskeletal system in the acute or chronic phase such as: sprains, fractures and surgical operations. The goal is to restore optimal health conditions to allow the person to recover their independence in daily activities.05
Sports rehabilitationPost-injury recovery of the athlete who wants to return to the practice of his sport, it is characterized by greater dynamism, intensity and specificity of the exercises. The goal is to restore optimal health conditions, to allow the athlete to return to sporting activity without limitations.06
Rheumatological rehabilitationTreats autoimmune and degenerative diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system. The most common are arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Specific and personalized treatment paths are offered, able to accompany the person in all phases, offering concrete support from evaluation to treatment.07
Instrumental physical therapiesAre medical-health treatments that use different forms of energy (e.g. electric currents or high-frequency sound waves) with different purposes (reduce pain and inflammation, stimulate muscle contraction, hypervascularize the tissues). Their best result is expressed in combination with other rehabilitation techniques such as manual therapy maneuvers and therapeutic exercise.08
Kinesio tapingKinesio tape complements other treatments by providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion, facilitating the natural healing process and helping reduce pain and inflammation.
